Jann Arden has helped create two innovative devices for pet owners and people called the Arden Collar and Bracelet.

The devices contain an advanced GPS tracking system that shares data with your smartphone. Through an app on your phone you’re able to see where the person or animal wearing it is in real time.

“It’s an app on your phone. You bring up you know what you’re looking for, which is your person, your furry animal or your human animal, and you’re  able to see where they are in real time and go get them,” said Jann Arden.

The collar and bracelet are made with durable hypoallergenic silicone rubber. They also feature a high-intensity lighting and emergency strobe light to help keep those wearing it visible.

“A bracelet could go on any walking, breathing human being.  So if you’re thinking about people with Alzheimer’s, dementia, people that wander aimlessly,” said Arden.

The devices can also store up-to-date medical and contact information that can be changed instantly.

The standard bracelet costs $129 and works anywhere in North America. The world version is $350. Jann Arden has just started crowdfunding for the project through Indiegogo. Production of the device will begin in October 2015.
